Halat Sailing Club (originally called Windsurfing Halat) was founded in the early 1980’s by Jutta Newman to encourage and teach people to windsurf. After a brief hiatus Jose Abed took over the running of the club, with the help of Jean Louis Zabal and it reopened in 2012.
They now teach SUP (stand up paddling), windsurfing and sailing.
Halat Sailing Club caters to all ages and abilities and trained staff are on hand to help the students at every step. The club is easily accessed and all amenities are provided (shower, changing room etc.).
The average number of grapes it takes to make a bottle of wine is 600.
