This is a hands-on cheese-making experience. With the guidance of our resident CHEESE MAKER, you will have the chance to learn the secrets of cheese-making and all the details about its processing & of course prepare two types of traditional cheese “white cheese & cottage cheese”
As you are waiting for the cheese to be ready – it takes almost 20 minutes – we will invite you to savor the freshly made cheese served with herbal tea, olive, bread and some vegetables .In the end, you will take with you the delicious cheese you did with love !
